La chimiothérapie est le principal traitement utilisé pour traiter les cancers du sein avancés. Malheureusement, une proportion importante de tumeurs développe une résistance à la chimiothérapie, impactant négativement la survie des patientes. Afin de contrer ce phénomène, mon laboratoire s’intéresse aux altérations métaboliques supportant le développement de la résistance au traitement dans la tumeur. Notre but est d’identifier et d’exploiter des vulnérabilités métaboliques présentes durant le développement de la résistance et dans les cellules résistantes.
