Francois Antaya
As a graduate student in Quebec Studies at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, my research focused on the fur trade in the Saint-Maurice River basin and on ice bridges on the St. Lawrence River. Since the beginning of my graduate studies, I have been an assistant in several research projects, notably on the maritime populations of eastern Quebec (POMAREQ) and the social history of Trois-Rivières, and I have also worked on the development of important research infrastructures such as the Infrastructure for Research on Canada in the 20th Century (IRCS) and the Integrated Historical Microdata Infrastructure of the Quebec Population (IMPQ).
