Screening and evaluation of early childhood development
Throughout the world, fostering optimal child development is a major concern for policy makers, researchers, interventionists and parents. The development and evaluation of interventions with the child and his / her different living environments (families, daycare centers, community resources) are central to achieving the best results.
Last October, the “Congreso Internacional de Niñez” took place in Medellín, Colombia. As part of this event, Carmen Dionne was invited as an international expert to offer two conferences, one on naturalistic interventions in early care and the other on inclusive practices in the childcare settings.

The International Forum on Inclusion and Equity in Education - Every Learner Matters
From September 11th to 13th this event, organized by UNESCO, was held. No fewer than 500 participants from 40 different countries took part in this event taking place in Cali, Colombia. The Chairholder Carmen Dionne, was able to exchange through discussion forums to promote inclusion and equity in education.
