Ching-I Chen, Carmen Dionne, Lema Kabashi and Jennifer Grisham were present at the Conference on research innovations in early intervention, in San Diego, to discuss the cultural adaptation of early intervention measures. This panel, which brings together early intervention researchers, highlights studies carried out in different countries on the validation of ASQ (Ages and Stages Questionnaires) and AEPS (Assessment, Evaluation and Programming System) tools. The methodology used as well as the adaptations required according to culture, language, and service delivery system are discussed.
