Merit Scholarship Program for Foreign Students (PBEEE)
The Merit Scholarship Programs for Foreign Students (PBEEE) is open to foreign students and researchers from all research sectors who wish to undertake or pursue studies or research activities in Québec, and who are shortlisted by a Québec university.
This scholarship is open to students and researchers from all countries, but also includes specific components for candidates from Brazil, India, Israel and Wallonia. It is administered by the FRQ.

Submission of applications for UQTR preselection: September 28th, 2026, 11:59PM
Submission of the preselected candidates to FRQ by UQTR: October 27, 2026.
Submission of application in FRQnet portal by preselected candidates: December 2, 2026, 4:00PM (EST)
