Momito | A tool for mitochondrial analysis

Momito is a tool to analyse mitochondrial length and several parameters describing mitochondrial networks. The features of the main algorithm are described in Ouellet et al., in revision. Momito is a public domain Java analysis program that runs as a downloadable application on any computer with a Java 1.7 or later virtual machine (Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux compatible).
