Martine Couture

Martine est originaire d’Ottawa. Elle détient un baccalauréat spécialisé en géographie de l’Université d’Ottawa. Elle est aussi diplômée du collège Algonquin en cartographie et a un certificat en gestion de l’université Carleton. Martine a fait carrière au secteur des sciences de la Terre du ministère des Ressources naturelles du Canada. Elle est membre fondateur et secrétaire de l’Association québécoise autochtone en sciences et ingénierie (AQASI).  Martine est mariée et mère de deux enfants. 

Martine was born and raised in Ottawa. She graduated with an Honour’s degree in Geography from the University of Ottawa. She also has a degree in cartography from Algonquin College and a certificate in management from Carleton University. Martine pursued a career in the Earth Sciences Sector of Natural Resources Canada. She is a founding member and secretary of the Quebec Aboriginal Science and Engineering Association (QASEA). Martine is married and has two children.
