You must obtain an Invitation Letter produced and signed by your UQTR supervisor. You will find the available templates below. If you do not find the model that applies to your situation, please contact us: stage.recherche@uqtr.ca.
It is the intern's responsibility to check with the Canadian consular services serving his or her country to find out how to enter Canada. We invite you to consult the "Permis de travail (stagiaire de recherche)" section of this web page (French only).
You must complete the appropriate Internship Agreement: have the section reserved for your institution completed and signed, and return it to our team at stage.recherche@uqtr.ca for signature and approval. You will find the available templates below. If you do not find the model that applies to your situation, please contact us: stage.recherche@uqtr.ca.
- Research internship kit:
The applicant is a full-time student in a bachelor's, master's or doctoral program at his/her home university outside Canada.(new window)

The applicant is a full-time student in a bachelor's, master's or doctoral program at another Canadian university.
- Research internship for guest researcher kit:
The candidate is a professor or researcher employed by a university outside Canada.
- Postdoctoral research internship:
The candidate holds a doctorate (or equivalent) or has submitted his/her thesis and received his/her doctorate within six months of the start of the internship.:fD(new window)
