Niveau de désintoxication
Évaluation par les intervenants psychosociaux

NID-ÉP is a tool used to assess the needs of individuals in detox and refer them to the appropriate resources.

A typology of individuals in detox suggests four levels of detox services: outpatient, intensive external, internal residential and in-hospital. Each service level defines the type of resource, nature of services and criteria by which clients are guided.

In addition to NID-ÉP, another tool to evaluate individuals in detox is available for medical professionals: NID-ÉM.
