  • Conceptual framework on positive development and optimal functioning. Psychological approaches/domains and related theories and models: from theory to practice

  • The optimal functioning approach for positive development of adolescents: an ecological and integrated approach for promoting positive lives in adolescence

Program - SECOND PART (Afternoon)

13h00-14h30

  • Presentation of the intervention group programs for adolescents: “To Grow-Up with Leisure” and “Challenge: To Be+”: theoretical rationales, practical structure (e.g. implementation procedures, sessions and activities) and evaluation design. Sessions of the program will be presented and activities will be shown and actively performed.

14h30-15h30

  • Coffee break: free and informal discussion between participants

15h30-17h00

  • Practical use of the Programs: Sessions of the program will be presented and activities will be shown and actively performed.
  • Discussion on intervention benefits, impact in daily life and usefulness for other target populations
