A new entry requirement so-called Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) will be introduce by Immigration Canada from August 1, 2015. eTA is a new entry requirement for visa-exempt foreign nationals travelling to Canada by air. So, every international attendees should check the “Entry to Canada” webpage.

Registration

The VPPC 2015 registration is supported by an external website . The applied fees are listed below and the registration process follows the IEEE VTS rules:

- Accepted papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings only after a full registration fee is paid by at least one of the authors (1 paper = 1 full registration). Author registration deadline: 19 August 2015.

- In order to be included on IEEE Xplore, each paper has to be associated with a paid full registration (or extra paper charge) AND presented at the conference.

- For authors with multiple, accepted papers, one full registration is valid for only one (1) paper. If you have additional papers you will need to purchase extra paper charges.

- All authors (including students and IEEE Life Members) must pay the full registration fee in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.

- Accompanying Persons have access to all the meals, including Gala Dinner, Reception and social program.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation before September 14, 2015 : $75 processing fee for a cancellation.

Cancellation after September 14, 2015 : no refund.
