Research Interests

My interests in Information Technology research can be defined in three main axes as illustrated in the figure below.

As far as IT artifact is concerned, my research interests turn around integrated systems like ERP, SCM, CRM systems, and inter-organizational applications (particularly e-business applications), and the security issues related to their exploitation. I am specifically interested in the exploitation of those IT in particular contexts such as public sector, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs as opposed to large enterprises), industrial service sector (versus manufacturing sector), and healthcare organizations. As for IT life cycle, I am interested in both ex-ante and ex-post evaluation (methodology and tool development). Broadly speaking, my research interests cover the ex-ante and ex-post evaluation of integrated IT systems in particular exploitation contexts.
