Where could I take my meals?

Consult the section Meal and the information guide of each of the programs to know the modalities.

If I suffer from an allergy or from a food limitation, I have to inform you about it?

You must let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at least two weeks before the start of the program. The information must be written on the health information form.

Can mail be delivered to me during my stay?

It is important to give parents and friends the exact address of l'École internationale de français to ensure that you receive your mail :

How can my parents and friends get hold of me in an emergency?

How can I access my portal?

On the UQTR website, click on portail étudiant. You will also have access to your UQTR e-mail.

How can I travel if I don't have a car?

The bus transport service rides throughout the city of Trois-Rivières : https://sttr.qc.ca/. You can buy a student pass at the Centre de ressources multiservice.
