  • Flight number
  • Airline
  • Date and time of arrival
  • Airport, train station or bus station etc.
  • Telephone number where parents may be contacted at all times.
  • Form signed by parents authorizing our staff to obtain information from the airline.

Parents will be provided with telephone numbers allowing them to contact the EIF staff at all times, including weekends.  Moreover, participants will be given a phone number to call in case of emergency.

Accompanying guides, who are bilingual and employees of l'EIF, will be assigned to Montreal airport (Montreal-Trudeau), as well as train station (Dorval) and bus station (Montreal-Trudeau), all through the day (according to arrival times), and will be responsible for managing arrival logistics and shuttle-service to l'UQTR.  Our guides will carry a sign and two identity cards bearing photographs so that participants can identify them. They will carry a list of the names of the participants.

At the end of the session, participants will be accompanied to their departure location, either the airport, the train station or the bus station.  Our guides will ensure that the participants have registered their luggage, know the details of their boarding pass and number of the boarding gate. They will stay with the students until they have gone through the entrance to the passenger boarding area or have taken their seats on the train or bus.
