There are certain practices that should be favored when we study genocide in class. This guide highlights these practices as well as the obstacles that may be faced. It also presents four pedagogical approaches that promote the understanding of this phenomena: the historical approach, the human rights education, the intercultural or anti-racist approach and ethics.
