The guide develops and provides access to two educational paths for each genocide: Case Study and Racism, Prevention and Justice. These paths propose an investigative approach that can be conducted individually or in teams. They are supplemented with a student workbook, which helps students gather information and thoughts. As well, correction guidelines are provided for each pathway and for each case of genocide. These lesson plans are designed for teaching history or ethics (secondary cycle 2). They can be done separately, but they benefit from being done in interdisciplinarity. Also, in order to support teachers in this process, a series of preferred practices have been targeted. They are explained in the document with the same name.
