This year’s gathering was held in a hybrid format, with over forty participants in person and more than eighty online. The event opened with an in-person Meet the Experts evening, followed the next day by the public colloquium L’image corporelle sous influence, both hosted by the Centre d’Expertise Poids, Image et Alimentation (CEPIA) at Université Laval.

Several Academy members delivered keynote presentations during the colloquium, addressing social media and body image, gendered pathways in eating disorders, youth food-choice behaviors, and transdiagnostic models in emerging adults.

We also held our annual Academy meeting, where members continued advancing collaborative initiatives, including preparations for the international project on climate change, body image, and disordered eating.
