The site for Research in Thanatological Sciences [Experimental and Social], or REST[ES], consists of a highly secure outdoor facility primarily dedicated to the physical, chemical, and biological study of human decomposition with a sociological dimension. REST[ES] encourages the use of its facilities for scientific research by researchers interested in taphonomy and related fields.
