Once the terms of the placement have been agreed upon with the supervisor, complete the agreement template that applies to your situation.

Complete the required documents with the supervisor for your stay, obtain the necessary signatures, and return them to our team for final signature by the UQTR.

• Work Permit:
  If it is determined that you require an employer-specific Work Permit, you must notify our team in order to create the job offer number in IRCC system to be included with your Work Permit Application. You will need to complete and return the Information Form to initiate the process of creating a job offer. More info, visit Work permit exempt from the LMIA.
• Passport:
  You must have a passport that is valid for more than six months after the planned end of your stay.
• Warning:
  You must obtain the required travel authorization before planning your trip to Canada.
