The conference will take place from October 9 to October 12, 2025.

The conference will primarily be held at the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières, located at 3351 Boulevard des Forges, Trois-Rivières,
Quebec, Canada, G8Z 4M3. Some exhibitions will be held at various artist-run centers and galleries in Trois-Rivières and surrounding areas.

The conference is fully in-person.

The deadline for submitting exhibition, conference, and demonstration proposals was February 16, 2025. Following that, a jury convened, and the program was published in June 2025.
