In the STEP Program, participants are never required to revisit past memories or share those experiences with the group. The focus is rather on gently reconsidering how difficult childhood experiences may have shaped current patterns and on recognizing the strengths available to overcome them. This is done through structured, reflective activities while allowing space for discussion and personal experience.
