Pregnant? Join the STEP Program

What?

The STEP Program is a free psychoeducational and support group intervention designed to promote psychological well-being during the perinatal period and to support the development of the unborn child. The program is part of a larger research project aimed at evaluating its effectiveness. Financial compensation is provided for completing questionnaires and interviews before and after the program.

Who?

The program is intended for pregnant women who experienced difficult events during childhood or adolescence, whether or not they currently have concerns related to pregnancy or motherhood.

How?

The program includes eight to nine sessions (in person or online) offered to groups of four to six women.
