Développer chez l'étudiant une capacité à réagir aux situations conformément à l'esprit marketing. Fournir à l'étudiant un cadre d'analyse et une méthode de résolution des problèmes de marketing des organisations quelles qu'elles soient (avec ou sans but lucratif). L'étudiant aura l'occasion d'appliquer les éléments du marketing dans une situation d'affaires.

Introduction aux différents éléments de marketing, à la prise de décision reliée au produit (marque, emballage, gamme, ligne), à la planification des outils de communication (publicité, promotion, force de vente), à la gestion de la distribution (choix des canaux de distribution, rôle des intermédiaires) et à la prise de décision en matière de prix (changement, fixation des prix).

Ce cours est également offert en anglais au groupe 15

Develop among students the capacity to react to organisational situations from a marketing perspective. Provide the student with an analytic framework and problem-solving method that will enable them to deal with marketing issues in profit or non-profit organisational contexts. Students will be asked to apply these marketing concepts in business situations.

Introduction to the different aspects of marketing; product-related decisions (branding, packaging, product lines and price-range); planning communication strategies (advertising, promotion, sales force); distribution management (choice of distribution channels, role of intermediaries), pricing related decisions (price changes and price setting).
